Kat, Peter and team are fabulous. I had a vision for an eternity ring I wanted for my Wedding Anniversary from my Husband, but I wanted it to match with my engagement ring that has a pink sapphire on it.I went in to see Peter and we discussed all options etc and once I was happy with the design Peter then went out to order in and make the ring.When the ring was ready I went back in too collect it and was blown away with how perfect it is and how well it matches with my other ring.I can not thank Peter and the whole team enough for bringing my vision to life and on to my finger. I will treasure it forever and will always be grateful for their outstanding service.I would highly recommend Fabricius Green to everyone.
The service Kat and the team provided was first class, and I could not recommend Fabricius Green highly enough. It was during an initial window shop for an engagement ring that I was invited into the store to discuss designs further. After an hour of having the intricacies of rings and diamonds patiently explained to me, I had confidently decided on an engagement ring. It took only a few weeks for the ring to be ready to collect, as the specific diamond I wanted had to be ordered in, and I could not be happier. Beyond expectations. One incredibly happy customer, and one incredibly happy fiancée! A big thank you to the Fabricius Green team for such brilliant service.

All the staff went out of their way to make sure my partner had the perfect ring and ensured the customisation was ready for our upcoming holiday at very short notice. The team were absolutely incredible with their knowledge and guidance to ensure the right diamonds were sourced to make my ring even more special. Thank you all so much ❤️.
Excellent service! I purchased an engagement ring from Fabricius Green and they were incredibly helpful and attentive. We needed the ring resized with a quick turnaround as we were moving to Australia. They went above and beyond to make this happen on time for us. They even gifted us a bottle of Champagne! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely experience at Fabricius Green and I'm so happy we went in! We were looking for an eternity ring which was to be an anniversary present from my husband for our 6th wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and welcoming and immediately helped us feel at ease. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable, patient and professional and she helped us chose a beautiful ring to compliment my engagement and wedding bands. We left full of smiles and will definitely be going back.

The team did their best to explain all options in a thorough and friendly way. The team is highly knowledgeable and helpful. Came here to get my engagement ring resized. Megan and the team were lovely and so helpful with picking the right size for me (I've never worn rings before). They kept me updated with quotes and timescales and it came back perfect, so we decided to buy our wedding rings from here too. Overall a very pleasant, fair priced, and quality service.
I took my daughter into Fabricius Green to buy her a special birthday present. The staff were fantastic, Peter who served us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We have bought several items of jewellery here over the years and have never been disappointed. Fully deserve a 5 star rating.

Favourite jeweller. Always so friendly and helpful. Bought from them previously and popped in today to buy a ring for my wife to celebrate her early retirement. The gentleman and lady remembered her when she went in a few weeks ago and saw something she liked and also remembered exactly what it was! Bought it for her and the young lady gift wrapped it for me. Superb service throughout.
If anyone needs jewellery for either yourselves or loved ones then look no further than family run business Fabricius Green Jewellers, Shrewsbury. I had the pleasure of visiting the store today and being looked after by Cat. My main objection was to look for a necklace and earrings for myself. I was shown a few different ones and was reassured when my questions were answered. Cat is super friendly, courteous, helpful, full of knowledge and was never pushy. I walked away happy with my purchases and will look forward to shopping again given half the chance. I can’t recommend this jewellers enough….Go take a look

I bought a stunning cluster diamond pendant and a Georg Jensen jug from this lovely shop , which is a clear cut above so many High street jewellers . Unlike many quality jewellers , the staff were un-pompous , friendly, helpful and also consummate professionals. Emily and Peter really took their time and I felt there was absolutely no pressure or expectation, it was a very pleasant experience buying from them. I adore my pieces and even though I live over 3 hours away , I will trust them with any future remodelling of existing pieces and also future silver and diamond purchases. I really feel I found the perfect jewellers today . Thank you
What a fabulous jewellers in Shrewsbury. My son and I popped in without an appointment to enquire about a signet ring for his 21st Birthday. The staff were so attentive to what he hoped for, particularly the crest engraving. He was shown several rings suggestions were given as to which suited him best, including which colour suited his skin tone. The staff were aware that ideally we would like the ring for his birthday and said they would try to have it ready. We were kept informed as to the engraving progress and they did have the ring ready for his 21st Birthday. We went to the shop to collect the ring on our sons actual 21st birthday and again all the staff were so interested in his day and celebrations. They made the trying on of the ring very special and showed him the first imprint of the crest, which he was given to keep. He was also given a beautiful Fabricius Green mug for his birthday. Having had a very underwhelming experience at a jewellers in Chester, we were so impressed at the personalised experience we had at Fabricius Green. They made the whole process of our son choosing and collecting his ring something he will always remember. I would highly recommend Fabricius Green and will definitely return. Thank you all so much.

From the start of the design process for combining mine and my mothers engagement rings, Emily was exceptional.She listened and understood my goal and the outcome was superb - it matched the picture that I had in mind they kept me both involved and informed through design, costing and 3D modelling. A truly unique experience.
